30 DAY RETURN POLICY

 

 

We are confident that you will be 100% satisfied with the products and services that we have to offer at eGizmo.com. This is why we are one of the only companies to offer you a FULL 30 Day Return Policy. Simply follow the return guidelines as described below: 

 

NEW & UN-OPENED ITEMS (retail)

 

-Effective on all orders placed on or after Feb. 22, 2007, All products that are unopened and unused may be returned at any time within 30 days of item receipt for a full refund minus the original shipping cost.

 

-New & Unopened Items Described: Product(s) must have original manufacturer or other protective seal on the product box. This seal may not be broken, torn or otherwise peeled off in any way. The Product must be completley unused.

 

-All protective stickers and seals in and out of the product box including on the unit, battery, battery cover, user manuals and accessories must remain on and intact and be unpeeled.

 

-The unit is carefully checked for "talk-time" usage. The "talk-time" meter on the unit must read (0:00). In the event that your product does not fall into the above guidelines please refer to the "OPEN OR USED ITEMS" section to return your product.

 

-Please do not attempt to re-seal or re-stick and protective seals/stickers. All of our products are carefully examined before shipping out.

 

OPEN OR USED ITEMS (Non Defective retail)

 

-All products that are open or used may be returned at any time within 14 days of item receipt for a refund minus the original shipping cost & a minimum 15% re-stocking fee.

 

-The re-stocking fee will be determined at the sole discretion of eGizmo.com based on the level of usage or damage applied to the product(s) by the buyer. Missing or damaged items or accessories will be charged according to the current average market value determined by eGizmo.com at our discretion. eGizmo.com has the right to terminate any "open or used" return if we feel the unit has been physically or liquid damaged.

 

**RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT ORIGINAL PRODUCT BOX**

 

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT AND WILL VOID ANY RMA IF: (very strict policy enforced by all customer service reps)

 

1) The product box is damaged or otherwise not reusable.

 

2) If the unit or any of it's accessories including user manuals are scratched, ripped, torn or stained.

 

3) Returned product does not arrive at eGizmo.com within 5 days of the RMA # Issue.

FAULTY ON ARRIVAL PRODUCTS (retail)

 

-In the unlikely event that you receive products that are Dead On Arrival or Faulty, they may be returned at anytime within 5 days of item receipt for a full refund. Some products, although very rare do have manufacturer faults. In this case we will gladly switch out the product.

 

-eGizmo.com shall NOT be held responsible for the repairs or exchanges of any defective units after 14 days of purchase.

In the unlikley event that a product fails to work after this period please contact your local cell phone repair shop. If you cannot find one eGizmo.com will be glad to reffer you to one our preffered & authorized repair centers.

 

RETURN POLICY (wholesale accounts)

 

All sales are final on wholesale accounts. Unless product is defective. There will be a 7 day warranty exchange only period for defective products. Once the product is received, it will go through an inspection process, if the product is found not to be defective a minimum 10% re-stocking fee will apply.

General Terms & Important Information:

-eGizmo.com will inspect the products upon receipt & if any item is found to be significantly not as described or damaged by the buyer, the item will be returned to the buyer at the buyers expense. 

-Upon receipt all products are carefully inspected so that we can insure it has not been physically or water damaged in any way. If in any way eGizmo.com feels such has occurred the item will be returned to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.   

-For your security, please return the package to us with a "signature confirmation" by an insured courier and retain your receipt/tracking information. This will protect you in case your item is lost in transit or in house. 

-All shipping, handling, insurance and all other fees are non-refundable. eGizmo.com will not be responsible for shipping costs of a return. (Unless the product falls under the "FAULTY PRODUCTS" section)

-Please contact us prior to returning the products for instructions and a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Returns will not be accepted without an RMA #. eGizmo.com must receive the product(s) authorized for return within 5 business days of the RMA being issued. The product(s) must be double boxed and the RMA # must be clearly printed on the shipping box.

-Please do not use the product box for shipping. We will refuse delivery upon arrival.

-RMA numbers are only issued via telephone. You may contact our returns dept. at (866) 591-5913. 10:00am - 5:00pm EST. Mon - Fri

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

eGizmo.com shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if eGizmo.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Typographical Errors

eGizmo.com shall not be responsible for any typographical errors. We reserve the right to refuse any order or cancel any existing invoice if the price on it is incorrect.

Warranty

The materials and products on this site are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

TERM; TERMINATION

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by eGizmo.com without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

GSM NETWORK & PRODUCTS

In striving to have the newest and hottest products on the market at the lowest prices, many of the products listed on eGizmo.com are NON US models and include at least Phone, Battery, Battery Cover, 220 Volt Charger (US adapter supplied with every order) and User Manuals unless otherwise stated.  Please note that although we guarantee all our unlocked cell phones to work right away with any GSM company (Voice Plan), we cannot guarantee that they will immediately work with provider-specific media packages, internet services or ptt services. Once you receive your phone please contact your wireless service provider for instructions on how to configure your phone for these additional services. They should be more than happy to assist you. (Or see below to configure yourself).

There will be no Refund or Exchange if you are unable to setup the browser, mms, sms, gprs, wap or any other Internet related setup except the voice feature.

Buyers are responsible for ensuring this item's compatibility with their network operator / service provider.

SHIPPING

Generally, orders that are received before 3 PM Eastern Time ship out the same business day, and those that are received after 3 PM Eastern Time ship the next business day. New and high demand orders may take 3-4 business days to ship. You may contact our support line at 1-866-591-5913 for specific items. Orders do not ship on weekends or national holidays.

Signature will be required on all items we ship. We cannot make any exceptions.
